The latest update comes with a new GPGPU benchmark and support for DDR4 memory modules
New GPGPU Benchmark and DDR4 support
The new version introduces a new multi-threaded OpenCL GPGPU benchmark which can be used to measure the AES-256 encryption performance of graphics processors and APUs. The latest update also provides more detailed Mantle API information for compatible AMD Radeon chips, and supports the latest graphics accelerators and storage devices.
“Besides our regular updates supporting the latest technologies and innovations, the core AIDA64 features are key to our customers. We could also feel the turbulence caused by the end of support for Microsoft Windows XP as AIDA64 is widely used by system administrators to take a precise hardware and software inventory of PCs connected to their network. With AIDA64, you can get accurate data from even thousands of computers in a few seconds, and then you can easily identify machines running outdated or unsupported software, which greatly helps the IT staff estimate upgrade volume and costs”, said Tamás Miklós, CEO and lead developer at FinalWire.
For example, the new edition called AIDA64 Network Audit, introduced last year with the revamp of the professional portfolio, is ideal for performing such tasks. Complementing our flagship product AIDA64 Business, this lower-priced version is a dedicated hardware and software inventory solution.
